This season, our traditional Winter Solstice Event falls on a Sunday and will be held by our wonderful instructor, Forest Alethea. Forest leads Celestial Sound on Sunday evenings so we thought it would be a perfect fit!

Together, we’ll honor the Winter Solstice through simple but powerful ritual, releasing what is ready to be completed, awakening the inner flame, and welcoming the quiet return of your own light. We’ll weave gentle movement, breathwork, intuitive guidance, and sound healing into a deeply grounding experience that invites clarity.

This is a 2 hour special event. Studio provides all necessary props but please feel free to bring your own.
