Class Descriptions

Powerful Heated Vinyasa-Mondays 5:30pm, Thursdays 5:30pm & Saturdays 10:15am This class is a blend of Hatha, Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow in a heated room (90 degrees) Geared towards building strength, balance,  and flexibility  through a well rounded practice that includes arm balances, backbends and inversions. Please bring a towel and water. Prior  yoga experience recommended, this class is challenging and you will sweat! 75 min.

Hatha Flow-Mondays 8am This class follows the traditional Hatha style of holding postures longer with focus on alignment. Vinyasa flow is woven between poses to allow for circulation along with pranayama (breath control) together with each asana (posture). Blocks and straps are incorporated into the practice as well. This class welcomes all levels to join. 75 min.

NEW CLASS! Gentle Yoga & Meditation -Tuesdays 7:15pm- This class includes a gentle yoga sequence and a guided meditation. All levels welcome. 75 min

NEW CLASS! Mid Day Power Hour-Wednesdays 12-1pm- Get in, get sweaty, breathe, feel amazing and go with this new mid day 60 min class. This is a challenging yet playful vinyasa flow to charge you up for the rest of the day and the rest of the week! Please bring water and a towel. 60 min

NEW CLASS! Cacao Flow & Soundbath-Saturdays 8am For centuries ancient civilizations have utilized Cacao for its heart healing capabilities. Join Chakra and enjoy the comfort of a warmly spiced cup of heart opening ceremonial cacao made with almond milk (if you have a nut allergy please email Chakra at: chakra@namastonedmystic.com the Friday before class by noon for alternative offerings).
Together we will share a hearting opening meditation to connect with the cacao, then engage with an active all levels heart focused vinyasa flow, followed by a heart balancing soundbath. 90 min

NEW CLASS!-Moon Aromatherapy Flow-Tuesdays 5:30pm Combining Moon Wisdom with the power of aromatherapy, this class explores the current lunar phase paired with an essential oil. Journey through a mindful yet challenging flow where hatha meets vinyasa, and both a physical and energetic consideration of our relationship with La Luna. All levels welcome. 75 min

Hot Power Hour-Fridays 4-5pm Finish the week and start the weekend getting hot and sweaty with this upbeat, playful class that will bring a challenging yet focused blend of hatha and vinyasa flow. Prior yoga experience recommended. Please bring a towel and water to class, you will sweat! 60 min

Hatha Flow+Soundbath-Fridays 8amYou all have been asking for another yoga+soundbath class on the schedule so here it is! This class will be unheated and move at a slower pace than our Wednesday night class. The class will include breathwork, a series of postures held for a longer period of time, meditation and end with a crystal alchemy bowl and gong soundbath. It is recommended that you preregister online for all soundbath classes to reserve your spot. Walk ins are welcome but not guarenteed. All levels welcome to join. 75min.

Barre Sculpt- Mondays 10amThis class combines elements of ballet, pilates and yoga toning. Using light weights and body weight through small isometric movements,  you will build strength, elongate muscles and find a balanced class that winds down with deep yoga stretches and breathwork. Prior  yoga/fitness experience recommended. This class is challenging! 75 min.

NEW CLASS! Sculpt Fusion-Tuesdays 3:30pm This class is a full body workout using light weights to sculpt and tone. Mat Pilates, lunges, squats and various movements will encourage strength and mobility. Prior fitness experience recommended. Please bring towel and water to class. 75 min

FreeWay Yoga - Tuesdays & Thursdays 8am FreeWay Yoga is Sunny's unique class that includes meditation, sounding, moving and breathing to heal, pray, strengthen and balance. Kindness is at the core of this practice. A well spring resides within each of us. With deep kindness we return to source, find presence and Earth consciousness. This class is a blend of Hatha and Vinyasa style yoga with the option to modify the practice to meet your needs. The room is kept between 78-80 degrees. All levels welcome. 75 min.

Cardio Barre Sculpt-Fridays 10am This class moves much faster than Barre Yoga Sculpt. Using similar isometric movements yet only with our own body weight, we will keep  the heart rate up by repeating these movements for up to 3 minutes or the duration of a song.  Winding down with essential deep yoga stretching and breathwork. This class is challenging and you will sweat! Please bring a towel and water. Prior yoga/fitness experience recommended. 75.min.

Yin/Restorative Yoga-Mondays 7:15pm This style of yoga focuses on stretching the connective tissue (fascia) in order to strengthen and lengthen them. Poses are held for 3-5 minutes each and work with the energy meridians of the body as well as cultivating active stretch in your connective tissues to increase flexibility, improve joint mobility, improve posture and release trauma in the body. all levels welcome. 60 minutes

Hot Yoga + Soundbath- Wednesdays 5:30 pm This original class was created by Tobi and Sabrina. Through their passions, they provide a unique and magical experience by combining yoga and soundbath in one class. Sabrina begins the class with a 50 min heated vinyasa flow (90 degrees) that allows for movement, blood flow, breath and perspiration to cleanse the body. Then as the class winds down, we are lead into a 25 minute soundbath played by Tobi and her many crystal alchemy and Tibetan bowls. It is required to preregister for this class online to reserve your spot due to high demand. Walk ins are welcome but not guarenteed. Prior yoga experience recommended. Please bring water and towel.75min.

Gentle Yoga-Thursdays 7:15pm .This class moves at a slower pace and allows for gentler options as may be needed by the practitioner.   Props such as blocks and blankets are encouraged to guide you through your practice.  This class is great for beginners, anyone who may be recovering from an injury or if you just  need to take it a little bit slower. All levels welcome. 75 min.

Kundalini+Sound Healing- Sundays 10am Come home to yourself with Kundalini Yoga and Sound Healing. Kundalini is known as β€œthe yoga of awareness,” an embodied experience of your highest consciousness. This class will combine meditation, mantra, gentle physical exercises and breathwork, finishing with a gong bath and crystal alchemy bowl healing. 90 min.*NOTE* This class has a 24 hour cancelation policy in order to receive a refunded. Sprit & Soul Kundalini & Soundbath -Wednesdays 8am This class was on our schedule when we first opened the studio in 2017! We are very excited for it to return to our variety of wellness classes offered to the community. The class will include a spiritual discussion and meditation, a somatic breathwork session followed by a vibrational soundbath experience infused with reiki healing. All levels and walks of life welcome, no yoga or fitness level required. Studio provides mats, blankets and bolsters for comfort. 90 min.

Fundamentals of Meditation-Tuesdays 10am This class is designed as an introductory course for beginning meditators, though it will also be an opportunity to refine and deepen any existing level of meditation experience. We will be approaching different forms of mindfulness training, as well as traditional Early Buddhist meditation practice with reference to The Four Foundations of Mindfulness, and Satipatthana. We will also be integrating newer adaptations of meditation practice informed by the Western therapeutic realm, and various other forms of meditation from different spiritual traditions. This class is an invitation to deepen the practice of yoga by understanding our relationship to our mental, emotional and physical bodies, through the vehicle of mindful breathing. 60 min

Yoga Philosophy 8 Limbs Workshop-(Check back for current scheduling) This class is set up like a workshop to enhance the teachings of yoga philosophy as taught by Patanjali and the 8 Limbed Path, and to learn the fundamentals of the physical practice of yoga or asana. Pranayama (breathwork) is incorporated in each class as a huge part of the practice. Students are encouraged to bring a notebook, ask questions and explore different variations to suit their needs. Props such as blocks and straps are also used. Weather you are new to the practice of yoga or just want to dive in a little deeper into your practice we welcome all to join!. 2 hours

The workshops will be incorporating anything that branches out from the world of wellness and embodiment.  Pricing, duration and physical agility levels will vary.
