Join us for our 8th annual special event to welcome the new season and celebrate the coming of autumn. Our studio loves to welcome each Solstice and Equinox with a beautiful class that blends yoga, breath work, intentional meditation and a vibrational soundbath experience. We will bring awareness to the meaning of this season and share the gift of coming full circle to where we are today.
