We are very excited to host this incredible experience with Vincent Accardi and Ryan Mussen. Full Moon Gathering: Astrology Reading & Sound Journey will be held once a month on the full moon.
This event combines the knowledge of Astrology with the art of Sound Healing. We will begin the evening with a discussion about this month’s Solar-Lunar cycle and the archetypal themes it represents. By bringing our awareness to the astrological positions of our Sun and Moon, we can begin to examine how these celestial energies may be showing up in our lives. We will then take a few moments to quietly reflect on these ideas and create an intention to carry with us through our journey with sound. For the remaining 90 minutes you will be surrounded in the healing vibrations created by a variety of Sacred Instruments including Planetary Gongs, Crystal Bowls and Flutes. This immersion in sound can help lift the mind into the realms of imagination and vision, while aiding the body in its natural process of restoration. By combining all these elements we bring harmony to the mind-body and spirit, resulting in a sense of revitalization, renewal and rest.
Studio provides mats, blankets and bolsters but if you would like additional comfort, please feel free to bring your own. Wear comfortable clothing and we ask that all devices, cell phones, smart watches, tablets etc. be kept on silent and in the designated cubbie area. (or better yet, left in the car or at home! We wish to provide you and all who attend, a quiet, peaceful environment during this sound experience.
Doors will be locked promptly at the start of the class so please be sure to allow for plenty time to arrive, check in and set up your space. At least 10 minutes early.
